Good Morning Cunning Crustaceans

 Please find your assigned seat with a pencil and have your rough draft for your I Am poem out and ready. Take a few moments to put the finishing touches on the poem. Remember to include at least ONE literary device.

    • MetaphorA word or phrase that is applied to an object or action to which it is not literally applicable.

    • Onomatopoeia: A word that makes the sound it represents

    • Alliteration - Using the same beginning consonant sound in a line of verse

    Humanities 2: What is your reaction to the sulfur miners in Indonesia? In the story they referenced that Indonesia is a very impoverished country. What are some solutions that come to mind to help protect workers and create jobs to lift citizens out of poverty?
